How to buy solar once.

We design, supply and install these systems across Nigeria, and a good part of our work is
being called into somebody else’s compound to look at a job that has already gone wrong. It is
almost never the solar that failed. It is the sizing, or the installation, and the decision
that led to both was made in the twenty minutes before somebody sent a deposit.

That is what this guide is about.

It gives you eleven questions to ask anybody quoting you, and it gives you every answer as
well: what a good one sounds like, what a weak one sounds like, and what the weak one tells you
about the person saying it. It shows you the five kinds of installer working in this market,
what each is genuinely good at, and where each one tends to let a house down. It tells you what
should arrive on site and how to record it, what six things to look at from the ground, and how
a proper handover works.

It also prints our own payment terms and explains them, because a guide that recommends terms
we do not offer would make a liar of us in print.

One thing worth saying plainly. If the person quoting you is good, they will enjoy every
