Quick answers to the questions we hear most. If yours is not here, message us on WhatsApp at +234 809 988 9885 and we will help.

Buying from us

How do I get a price? Message us on WhatsApp with what you need, or what you want the system to run. Prices for batteries, inverters, and solar equipment change often in Nigeria, so we give you a current quote rather than fixed prices on the website. We will help you choose the right size before you pay anything.

How do I know what size of system I need? Tell us what you want to power and for how long, and we will work out the right system with you. Getting the sizing right is the most important part, and it is what we do every day.

How do I pay? By bank transfer to our official company accounts only. We will never ask you to pay into a personal account. If you are ever unsure whether an account is really ours, stop and confirm with us first. Full or part payment is required before we deliver, depending on the item.

Do you offer instalment or pay small small options? Yes, we have arrangements that let you spread payment. Ask us and we will explain how it works for your order.

Visiting, stock, and delivery

Where are you located? Can I come and buy from the office? Our office is at Lenu Mall, Sani Abacha Road, GRA, Port Harcourt. Please note that we do not keep batteries or stock at the office. For safety and security, all items are delivered to you from our store and logistics partners. If you would like to talk to us in person first, that is fine, just message us to arrange it.

Do you deliver? Yes. We deliver nationwide, to anywhere in Nigeria, through trusted logistics partners. Delivery times and costs depend on your location and the items ordered, and we confirm these when you order. See our Shipping and Delivery Policy for details.

Do you install? We install in locations where we have qualified installers. If we cannot install in your area, we can still deliver your products to you and guide you on the next step.

What if my item arrives damaged? Check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged or wrong, report it to us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence, and we will sort it out with you.

Products, quality, and support

Are your batteries genuine and tested? Yes. We only sell products we trust, and we have run on lithium ourselves since 2021. If we stock it, we have tested it.

Why lithium instead of the older batteries I am used to? Lithium batteries last longer, charge faster, take more daily cycles, and need far less maintenance than the older tubular or wet-cell batteries. For solar and backup power in Nigeria, they are the better long-term value.

Do you supply businesses, not just homes? Yes. We design and supply systems for homes, businesses, estates, hospitals, hotels, filling stations, farms, and more. Tell us your situation and we will tailor it.

What warranty do I get? Your products are covered by warranty. The cover and periods are set out in our Warranty Policy. Keep your invoice as proof of purchase.

Can I return something? We do not accept change-of-mind returns, but we do cover items that arrive damaged or develop a fault. Full details are in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Are lithium batteries safe? Lithium (LiFePO4) batteries are one of the safest battery chemistries available when bought from a reliable source and installed correctly, which is exactly what we provide. We are happy to talk you through it.
